Until very recently I avoided Indian food. First of all, I never knew what to order. I had no understanding of the combinations of sauces and tastes involved. I love cilantro. A good curry makes my taste buds hum, but I didn't know which dish had which taste treats.
Then I visited Australia where Indian cuisine is popular. A variety of shops can be found in every capital city. My partner in cuisine slepping knew what to call the various condiments and if I allowed him to order for me..not too hot, please..my meals were always a taste adventure, a joy!
